The Lastinger Center works to create equitable educational systems where every child and educator, regardless of circumstances, experiences high-quality learning every day to support children’s achievement of critical milestones that are predictive of success in school and life. Critical milestones include Kindergarten Readiness, Literacy Proficiency, and Algebra Proficiency.

The Lastinger Center has made significant strides in less than two decades of work by approaching the needs of educators in Florida and around the country through strategic initiatives.

Objective

Create and design a distinct identity and visual system for University of Florida Lastinger Center’s Flamingo products, services, and innovations.

My Role

After analyzing data from the Flamingo user survey and conducting trial and error, I established a 54-page document with design elements and information needed to create final deliverables. This includes Platform Content, Platform Assets, Marketing & External Materials, and Internal Documentation. Additional deliverables include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Docs, and Google Slides templates for associates to use..
